Quiet, Large & Waiting
A large property with great views, 2 bedrooms and mainly renovated.
This property set in a good sized village just off of a main road connecting Pleven and Russe comes to you in very good order.
Renovations carried out thus far include a new septic tank, rewiring, new kitchen floor, bathroom and some redecorating.
The property comprises kitchen, hallway, lounge, internal stairs, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The kitchen requires a sink and units to be installed but this can be done for as cheap as £300 or as expensive as you like. The windows need stripping and repainting and the main rooms require painting.
Outside there is a HUGE outbuilding that is big enough to make into a 3 bedroom house or 2 one bedroom apartments. Electrics have been installed and most of it has been plaster boarded as well.
The plot is approx. 1400sq metres with off road parking, a well and further outbuildings including a lamb oven.
At the rear of the garden there is a small brook, after that there are open fields and a tremendous view.
Please follow the link to view a video.

Fantastic Views & Tranquilty
If your looking for a property that has the most fantastic views then look no further! The house is set on a slight incline which runs away from the house, so offering uninterupted open views of mountains and valleys, lush green vegetation and trees.
Imagine waking up every morning to a changing view, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
The property is approx 1000sq metres and is on a corner plot, offering off road parking and fruit trees.
The house itself has undergone some renovations including rewiring, new septic tank etc. however it must be pointed out that there is still a lot to do.
There is a lean to porch that requires removing and rebuilding, and entrance hall leading to a kitchen, lounge, dining room, cloakroom and internal stairs. All the rooms are of a good size and only need replastering and the flooring sanded and varnished.
Upstairs there are three huge double bedrooms and a balcony off of the hallway. There is a large space that can be easily converted into a huge bathroom. Again the rooms require replastering and the flooring varnished.
The windows and doors are OK but could do with some attention.
For an additional 10,000 Euros this could be a fantastic property.
The village itself is set in the mountains and has a population of no more than 70! There is a bar and a local shop, for your weekly shop the nearest toen is just 7 miles away.
This property is for someone who really wants to get away from it all, or have a holiday home where you will not have anyone just passing by and dropping in.
Internet and mobile phone coverage are avalible and the Mayor is a very nice young man who speaks a little English.
Take a look for yourself....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAxOdazUG14
The price is 25,000 Euros.

Unbelievable Value (KR)
This property is fantastic value! The land alone is worth more than the total asking price. Yes the property does require work, but it's the location and the views your buying here. In Bulgaria, if you rebuild a property on the same footprint as an existing property, there is no need for planning permission, this house with 960 sq. metres of land is ripe to be rebuilt.
This is a property that for loose change money, could be your new home in a few months, or you could just sit on it until you feel it's time to make the move to a quieter style of life. Situated between Veliko Tarnovo and Rousse in a rural setting, you could live here trouble free with the rest of the world passing you by unnoticed!
Price? An unbelievable 4,500 Euros, around £3,700. What are you waiting for?

Ready for finishing touches! (TH)
The property sits in a small village that has a lovely waterfall attraction that brings lot's of people every week to it. The village itself has everything you require for everyday living and is still only 15kms from Veliko Tarnovo.
Sitting on approx 3,000 sq metres of land, secluded from all prying eyes this is a piece of heaven in Bulgaria!
Double gates give access to a large covered area for parking and giving enough space for a BBQ area. The garden is fully enclosed by stone walling and has a second access point.
There are two entrances to the property, the first one opens into the dinning area just off of the kitchen which has an island in the centre and is done in a rustic style. There is a master bedroom with an ensuite, three further bedrooms and another room which has water connected to it giving you the oppertunity to make it a bathroom or another bedroom. The lounge is huge, with a space for a "kamina" which is a wood burning fire that will run the radiators around the house.
Finishing touches to be done include, decorating 3 bedrooms, finishing the bathroom/bedroom, completing the surround of the kamina and the decking that surounds the rear of the property. Nothing that a DIYer can do for himself or get a local builder in to do it.
I am just waiting for the snow to clear and I will then publish pictures here for you to view.

Huge Land, With A Bargain Property. (I)
If your looking for a property to renovate to your own design, with a large garden, on the outskirt's of a nice village, call NOW!
This property has 4,000sq. metres of land with it, at the end of the garden is the edge of the village, no near neighbours, just peaceful living.
The house itself requires modernisation, new electrics, plumbing, heating etc etc, but it does benefit from having a cellar, kitchen and two more rooms with another room that could be a shower room, upstairs there are three rooms.
Outside there is the remains (stone walls) of barns, apparently there was a fire there and the timbers have been taken away, so a new roof could be placed on, or left as it is.
The property is in need of a good clean out, but for this price, you would spend more on a used car in the UK!
Take a look at the video and decide for yourself. I had to cut the video a little bit to fit the module, sorry if it is a rough.

Price? an amazing 25,000 Lev (13,000 Euros, or £11,500)
There are properties like this around, but they tend to be sold at a higher price, do not miss this one. I have clients looking to buy, one person missed out last week, I don't think he want's to miss out again!

Renovated With Vaulted Ceiling (VR)
I first saw this property before the renovations started, along with my friend Veselina we discussed how to layout the property. I have a good vision of what houses could look like, but this one has exeeded expectations!
Located in a small village some 25 kms north of Veliko Tarnovo, this property offers a comfortable house for pernament living or you could have it as a luxury holiday home.
Entering the house via the main door there is a dining room, cloakroom, shower room, kitchen and lounge, internal stairs lead to two good sized bedrooms. Outside there are new wooden gates to the garden, a garage with work pit, out buildings, a well, a oven for cooking in on those long summer nights, the garden is fully enclosed by walling and is not overlooked.
New electrics, new plumbing, new pipework for a heating system has been put in, a new roof and many more extra's that make this house special.
Take a look for yourself, click on the link below.
