Well the new year is here and along with it some more unaware people who were sold a property without being fully informed of what this entails. Year upon year we come accross this issue, it is frustrating that there are agents here selling properties and walking away possible leaving companies liable to massive fines!
Two companies so far this year are having thier properties sold at auction due to unpaid bills. Letters were sent out to the owners but they did not either recieve them or did not understand them so ignored them.
I suggest that you only go with an agent that fully understands the law here in Bulgarai and who will be there to guide you through after your purchase. So many agents are only interested in the commission on a sale.

Arbanasi House

This property is situated in a lovely village which is a world heritage site located in the centre of Bulgaria. Benefits include, complete renovation, three bedrooms, lounge, shower room, kitchen diner, study/4th bedroom, cloakroom, internal stairs, two external rooms one for entertaining the other for storage, off road parking.

This country style property has been completely renovated to a high standard and yet retains it's traditional Bulgarian feel. Resen

I have been instructed to sell this lovely house on the edge of Resen. The owners have lived here for many years and are local business owners, they have redecorated every couple of years, they have kept it well maintained including fly nets, wallpaper and carpets. The house is large and has many rooms including three double bedrooms. Currently there are external stairs but this can be easliy changed to internal ones.
